Our Story
In the same way a cocoa pod or coffee seed has the memory of where it comes from so too does a chef. T55 Patisserie and the new lounge are the proverbial playground where Chef Fai invites you to explore his world of cuisine through his lens - a Singaporean-born Chef, raised amongst Peranakan family meals, the famous Singapore hawker centers, and classically trained from the paramount hotels in Singapore to Michelin restaurants in France.
Our Philosophy
We’ve come a long way from our tiny booth at the local Farmer’s Markets though our goal has always remained the same. We aim to make pastry that is approachable, subtle, and refined. Everyday we strive to create and share something that truly matters to us and it is our hope that these creations also make a bright difference in your day. Food should always aspire to unite us and we’re so grateful to play a small role in the memories you create over shared desserts.
